Job offer: Experienced Construction Salesperson (Sale: Crane service with operator)

We are Les Locations de Cranes Gaétan Roy Ltée, a leading company in the construction sector, specializing in crane rental with operator. As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team.

Missions:

Prospecting and Acquisition of Customers: Identify and approach new potential customers, particularly construction, industrial and individual companies for their lifting needs.

Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting their specific needs.

Presentation and Sale of Products and Services: Present our services, advise customers, establish quotes, negotiate contracts and conclude rentals.

Customer follow-up and support: Ensure quality after-sales follow-up, resolve any problems and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Market Monitoring and Analysis: Stay informed of construction market trends, technological innovations and emerging customer needs

Required profile:

Commercial experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction field (service sales)

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.

Customer orientation: Strong sense of customer service and ability to maintain long-term relationships of trust.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of crane services, standards and regulations in force.

Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, while being proactive and dynamic.
